The State Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation plans to maintain amendments to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses, for which, for the refusal to execute the court decision on deleting or refuting information, citizens risk receiving up to a year of real term, employees of state and commercial institutions - up to 2 years.

Roskomasvoboda continues to provide legal assistance to users and Internet business in appealing unlawful actions and decisions of the Russian special services and Roskomnadzor, and therefore we prepared a digest of all events that took place by this time as part of a public campaign.
