Summing up the year, we faced a difficult choice-on what new norms affecting the freedom of the Internet and technology it makes sense to focus on, since there were more than 50, and we have chosen only the most resonant of them-be busted, because this is already a zone of the highest turbulence. The past 2020 will be remembered not only by the struggle with the Covid-19 and the rejection of the Constitution, but also by the unprecedented activity of the State Duma deputies.
