The Government of the Russian Federation approved a list of domestic programs for pre -installations for smartphones sold in Russia, computers and televisions with Smart TV support. The Russian Cabinet of Ministers published a list of domestic programs that must be installed on smartphones, computers and Smart TV before selling in the country. Programs will be installed both the manufacturers of devices and suppliers and sellers.
