At first glance, the juxtaposition of events in cinematic and theatrical life in one text may seem strange. Meanwhile, in Russia, these two types of art have been interconnected since the last century, like Siamese twins: processes occurring in one area unexpectedly find continuation in the other. For example, the experiments of Stanislavsky, Meyerhold, Vakhtangov, Tairov somehow correlate with the equally radical cinematic innovation of Eisenstein, Dovzhenko, Pudovkin, Dziga Vertov.
