The continuous nine -day election marathon in the Russian Academy of Sciences, which lasted from May 26 to June 2, turned out to be very tiring for its participants, and not only physically. The new film, like the previous one, consists of fifty short scenes shot by a static camera. Many characters, sometimes interconnected, fall into various situations, mostly farcers. The style of the picture is extremely reminiscent of arthouse.
