From the editor
From the editor The editors of the "Russian Journal" pay special attention to the fact that it does not identify with either the position of Alexander Dugin as such on issues of patriotism, or with his similar sayings or words such as: “extermine”, “isolate”, etc. etc. Date : April 17, 2009 04/17/09 15:45 rBHRMSRE Print

Political games of the Moldavian periphery
The situation in Moldova is an “energy outbreak”, fed by certain forces from the inside and from abroad. However, it is difficult to compare it with the situation in Ukraine or in Kyrgyzstan. These are different weight categories. In Moldova, the emotional basis of events is strong when the losers are trying to compensate for their dissatisfaction and infringed pride. The Western map was played by all parties without exception, which went to parliament.

Yorg Hyder is a symbol of a new European order
From the editors: Just the other day, the Governor of the American state of New York David Paraterson proposed a bill providing for legalization in the state of same-sex marriages. Homosexuality seems to be familiar to the United States, but what about the same love in Europe? And not anywhere, but in the camp of the ultra-right, advocates of traditional European values?

The church will not allow anyone to flutter her name
We do not know what kind of forces lobbying the decision on the appointment of an expert council for a religious examination under the Ministry of Justice in the composition in which he is now. In fact, this decision can damage the reputation not so much of the Ministry of Justice as the Orthodox Church. There are always people in a hurry to accuse the church of encroachment on state functions. Alexander Leonidovich Dvorkin - Chairman of the Council - a complex person, with a difficult fate.

Defending Motherland - the most basic instinct
Any state and any society need patriotism. It exists in a certain form even among a number of animal populations. For example, when someone else's animal appears, which threatens this genus, tribe, herd, roof, they unite and protect their river, their lands, their anthill, their hives. The willingness to act in this way constitutes the instinctive patriotism of animals.

Pertov and Nietzsche
From the editorial office : Not so long ago, in a rather curious Kursk magazine, the choir published an angry review of Professor A.V. Pertsev into Russian translations of Nietzsche. We publish an equally angry answer to one of the criticized translators - Karen Swanasyan. * * * From good Moscow acquaintances, I received (in the electronic version) the number of “choir” 3/2008, recently founded by the magazine “ On Modern Foreign Philosophy and Philosophical Comparativeness ”.

About “experts” and “intellectuals” / Problem field / Home
The other day, on April 15, a round table “Expertocracy. Knowledge Management” was held at Alexander House. The formal reason for the meeting was the publication of the book “Expertocracy. Knowledge Management” by the famous Russian public intellectual Andrei Ashkerov in the publishing house “Europe” . The meeting was opened by the President of the Foundation for Effective Politics, Gleb Pavlovsky , who has long been calling for the creation of a full-fledged expertocracy in Russia.

"Bankrots" instead of "failed states" / world agenda / Home
The failed states are both terminologically, and, in fact, are not some kind of completely new or unique phenomenon. It is much more interesting that now before our eyes there is an extremely interesting aggravation of the issue of failed states. We are talking about the mass emergence of bankrupt states as a result of the financial and economic global crisis. And at the present time , the term “bankrupt state” is much more accurate than the definition of “failed states”.

Abstracts about expertocracy*
· Let's start with this question: "Expertocracy and the intelligentsia: allies or enemies?" Maybe someone will not like it, but I associate the very existence of the intelligentsia with spiritual dependency. The spiritual dependency of the intelligentsia consists in a simple position: they decided everything for us, we have been determined for us.
