A three-day security conference (also informally called “military davos”), which has been held for the 46th time since 1962, has opened in Munich. The world political elite gathered in a carefully guarded hotel Bayerischer HOF, from the Russian side-Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
