The trial of the curators of “forbidden art” posed two big questions: the boundaries of the artist’s self -expression and the boundaries of their permissible judicial persecution by the state. The decision of the court, although it did not satisfy many (curators, thank God, were not imprisoned, but were convicted under the political article for “inciting”, and not by civilian for “hooliganism”, as it would be more reasonable), in any case, leaves space for discussion.
