From the Brandspot for human rights activists
Most of the Piloram-2010 forum participants were most concerned most of all not by human rights issues, but by the way to be saved from the heat. Someone was looking for salvation in the shade, someone “sat out” in the cool casemates of the Museum of the History of the Gulag “Perm-36”, many went swimming. And the fire count, who was on duty at the forum, adjusted the car to the boyar (the river, next to which the forum took place) and arranged an impromptu fountain.
