Today, the Komi Supreme Court granted the cassation appeal of the Komi Board of the Human Rights Commission “Memorial” Ernest Mesak to the decision of the Syktyvkar court, which recognized the actions of the employees of the 25th correctional colony (IR) near Syktyvkar, expressed in the detention and restriction of his right to freedom of movement.
