Tolstoy Park is quickly and surely turning into dust: it is like a mirror of Bryansk in the dark era of Mayor Makarov
The legendary, small and until recently magical park-museum named after A.K. Tolstoy is rapidly losing its famous wooden sculptures. Those few that are already considered classics. It’s a shame, in a year or two, the lovely “Desnyanka”, the ruler of hoary antiquity “Prince Roman Bryansky”, the “Witch” (aka “Baba Yaga”), and for some reason the stele “Salute, Victory”, which for some reason does not evoke patriotism among the city authorities, will finally perish.
