In Kaliningrad, saved seals were released into the Baltic Sea
Employees of the Kaliningrad Zoo released two gray seals to the Baltic Sea, which were saved in 2020. This was reported by the press service of the zoo. Animals were found in the spring on the Baltic coast. In one of the seals, specialists diagnosed severe exhaustion and dehydration. In the second seal, in addition to exhaustion, suppuration of the jaw was found. The zoo in Kaliningrad does not have the right to spend budget money on the help of animals, since by law they are property of Russia.
