Donskoy Electric Steel Plant Residents of various Russian regions, outraged by emissions from factories, refusal to relocate from dilapidated houses, lack of roads and pollution of local water bodies, after a series of unsuccessful complaints to the prosecutor's office, administration and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, record a public appeal to President Putin. They hope that then officials and security forces will finally pay attention to the violation of the law.
