Money (illustrative photo) The Khakassia government, until November 23, must pay off a loan of 2 billion rubles, taken in October for unlocking accounts in the municipal institutions of the republic. There is no such money in the region’s budget. If the obligations are not fulfilled, then this may threaten a budget default. The acting head of Khakassia, Mikhail Razvozhaev, told the correspondent "Siberia. Real" that the republic is counting on the aid of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
