Employees of the Tyumen State traffic inspector stopped on the highway in Omsk a driver who was traveling by car with Soviet numbers. He himself stated that he considers himself a citizen of the USSR, reports 72.ru. The traffic police explained: the 69-year-old driver was detained because the numbers of the car, the driver’s license issued, allegedly in the Soviet Union, a certificate of registration, created, according to the driver, in the same place, he made himself.
