Britain imposes sanctions against banks in Russia and people from Putin's entourage

The sanctions were the industrial savings bank, VEB, Promsvyazbank, Black Sea Bank and Russia. Among businessmen are Gennady Timchenko, Boris and Igor Rotenbergs, who are close to Vladimir Putin.
