Kazakhstan forbade Russians to live in a country without a passport
In Kazakhstan, the rules for the stay of foreigners in the country have changed. Now, for a long stay, it is necessary to have a passport, the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs reports. Earlier, Russians could be in the country according to the domestic passport. The statement of the department says that citizens of those countries who have migration agreements with Kazakhstan can enter, leave and follow transit through the country according to internal documents.
