Evgeniy Ubiraev On January 28, 2026, the 2nd Western District Military Court found 30-year-old Evgeniy Ubiraev from the city of Pyt-Yakh in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug guilty of participation in a terrorist community and sentenced him to 15 years in prison (5 years in prison, the rest of the term in a maximum security colony). The basis was three photographs - two parking lots and an air defense complex, taken by Evgeniy back in 2023.
