Every week I read in the news report that comes to work: two scammers became attached to citizen so-and-so on the street and, under the pretext of removing damage, they lured out, say, ninety thousand rubles, gold jewelry and three thousand dollars. We still have amazing people. Over the past ten years, an amazing population of Russians has emerged who believe neither in communism, nor in God, nor in themselves, nor in the state, but only expect a miracle with touching, pop-eyed idiocy.
