The launch of Public Television may be delayed by six months
RUSSIA NEWS. Public television, of which Sobesednik columnist Anatoly Lysenko has been appointed head, may go on air six months later than planned. According to Anatoly Lysenko himself, the postponement of the start of broadcasting from January to May 2013 is due to “technical reasons,” however, as Kommersant writes, the fact is that the Zvezda TV channel, on whose frequency Public Television will broadcast, is in no hurry to close.
