Smoke from toxic peat bogs will threaten Moscow until spring 2015

The reason is an anticyclone and calm, when air pollution does not disappear, but, on the contrary, is nailed to the ground in calm weather. Moreover, smoke from toxic peat bogs will likely continue to return to the city until spring.
