Putin intends to cajole businessmen in his message to parliament
In his message to the Federal Assembly, the head of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, will “tighten up the law” on capital amnesty. The Vedomosti newspaper, citing economic officials, writes that the Russian President plans to soften the conditions for granting capital amnesty, soften supervision and remove the threat of criminal prosecution of businesses.
