On January 29, 2008, in Moscow, at house 67 in Shokalsky passage, three people attacked two citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Eliza Ergesheva, born in 1984, and Marat Akmatov, born in 1986. The attackers inflicted stab wounds on the Kyrgyz, from which the man died on the spot before the ambulance arrived. The girl was hospitalized with nine stab wounds. Nothing was reported about the robbery of the victims. On the fact of the attack, a criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Art.
