Mikhail Pogarsky. Wanderer Gumilyov
April 6 at the Art Library. Bogolyubov (Moscow, Sushchevskaya street, 14) will open the exhibition “The Wanderer Gumilyov”, dedicated to the great poet, traveler and geographer. The life and work of Nikolai Gumilyov were permeated with the theme of wanderings, romantic adventures, poetic recklessness and exploits. In the poem “I and You” in 1917, Gumilyov writes: Yes, I know I'm not your match, I came from another country And it's not the guitar that I like, And the savage chant of the zurna.
