From August 4 to 9, 2019, the tenth International Youth Camp “Dialogue” was held in the ethnographic park-museum “Ethnomir” (Kaluga region), organized by the National Council of Youth and Children’s Associations of Russia together with the youth department of the Council of Europe - I was lucky enough to become a participant in this camp. Its main goal is to identify the concept of “Intercultural communication in the 21st century”.

The modern attitude towards work contrasts sharply with how it was treated fifty or a hundred years ago. The main reason is that today's world of work is vulnerable and exposed to risks. A person can cease to be a worker. The problem of labor loss appears at several levels: individual, industry and global.
