School employees in the Chita and Khiloksky districts of the Trans-Baikal Territory cannot receive their salaries for August, because the accounts of the institutions where they work were seized for debts on utility bills, Interfax writes about this with reference to the trade union of education workers. According to the agency, more than 26 thousand education workers in the region did not receive their salaries for August, including school teachers and kindergarten teachers.
