The regional Ministry of Health admitted that due to the completion of supply contracts by the end of the year, there is a shortage of medicines in pharmacies. As of November 23, 2,735 people were transferred to deferred provision of medications, of which 455 were people with prescriptions for insulin, a drug for the treatment of diabetes.
