Microsoft: three quarters of Russians have encountered threats on the Internet
According to a study by Microsoft Corporation, Russia ranks first in the world for hate speech on the Internet, TASS reports . About 75% of Russians have encountered threats in online communications at least once. The study involved adults and adolescents from 14 countries, including Russia, the USA, Australia, China, France, Germany and India. Russia took 12th place out of 14 in terms of the level of digital culture of behavior of Internet users.
