Memorial representative office car set on fire in Dagestan
In Makhachkala on January 22, a car of the representative office of the human rights organization Memorial in Dagestan was set on fire. As Oleg Orlov, head of the Hot Spots program, told Mediazona, the Memorial driver parked the car near his house. Around 10 p.m., a neighbor told him the car was on fire. The driver and arriving firefighters quickly put out the fire, and a container with an incendiary mixture was found nearby.
