In the Rostov region, a teacher was fired after complaining to Medvedev about low salaries
A teacher at the Taganrog Metallurgical College, Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation, Viktor Makarenko, was fired after he and his colleagues wrote a letter to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in which he complained about the low salaries of teachers in the region, reports 161.ru. In their appeal, the technical school teachers, headed by Viktor Makarenko, point out violations of labor legislation: teachers’ salaries in the Rostov region remain at the 2012 level.
