Ambulance workers in the Chelyabinsk region wanted to quit due to low salaries
In the village of Oktyabrskoye, Chelyabinsk region, five ambulance employees wrote letters of resignation. They are not satisfied with the salary, Interfax reports. The regional Ministry of Health said that the head physician is negotiating with dissatisfied employees. “As an opportunity to increase wages, he suggested that they increase incentive payments from 30 to 85%. So far, these conditions do not suit the doctors,” the ministry said.
