The share of Russian clients in Cypriot banks decreased to 2%
There are no more than 2% of Russian clients in the banking system of Cyprus, now they are less than local residents, as well as clients from other European countries, , said Michael Cammas, head of the Association of Cypriot Banks (CBA) in a letter to EUobserver. The number of deposits owned by Russians, according to Cammas, decreased by 37%, and now they are less than 6% in Cypriot banks.
