The Verkhovna Rada introduced martial law in areas on the border with Russia and Transnistria
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Monday at an extraordinary meeting approved the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. Details . 276 deputies voted for the bill. Martial law was introduced from November 28 for 30 days in the regions located along the Russian border, the border with Transnistria and along the coast of the Black and Azov Seas. The list includes: Vinnitsa, Luhansk, Nikolaev, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporozhye regions and the Kerch water area.
