A Russian foundation is planning to buy monuments to Roosevelt and the ruler of Russian Alaska from the United States.
The Art Russe Foundation, founded by Andrey Filatov, a member of the Forbes list, co-owner of Globaltrans, offered the United States to buy a monument to President Theodore Roosevelt and a statue of the ruler of Russian settlements in Alaska, Alexander Baranov, writes .
