Russia has received applications for a billion doses of coronavirus vaccine
The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Kirill Dmitriev, said today that, together with foreign partners, Russia can produce more than 500 million doses of vaccine per year in five states. The head of the RDIF noted that so many doses can be produced within 12 months. Dmitriev stressed that the countries of Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, with which part of the procurement contracts have been agreed, are showing the greatest interest in the vaccine.
