Yandex has tentatively agreed to buy Tinkoff Bank for $5.5 billion, reported on the London Stock Exchange. the bank's parent company, TCS Group, Deal Yandex offered the shareholders of TCS Group to buy out 100% of the company's shares, and the parties came to a preliminary agreement on the deal, TCS said. The transaction will be paid partly in cash, partly in shares, the TCS Group said in a statement. The premium to the current market price of TCS will be 8%.
