For the second month in a row, Russians are withdrawing more than $1 billion from banks from deposits. In October, they withdrew almost $1.18 billion from deposits in foreign currency, Forbes reports citing Maxim Osadchy, head of the analytical department of the BKF. In September, according to him, citizens took $1.3 billion from deposits. VTB became the leader in reducing deposits in foreign currency in October, from which citizens took $246.2 million.
