Putin signed a law on delisting receipts of Russian companies from foreign exchanges
Vladimir Putin signed a law that prohibits the placement of depositary receipts for securities of Russian issuers on foreign exchanges. Companies already listed abroad will have to delist and convert the receipts into shares. The law is published on the official Internet portal of legal information. Companies are given five business days to take "necessary and sufficient" actions to terminate depositary receipt agreements.

Twitter tried to protect itself from Elon Musk with a “poison pill”
Twitter Corporation on Friday approved the use of a "poison pill" to limit Elon Musk's ability to increase his stake. The implication is that any buyer wishing to buy more than 15% of the platform (and gain control) has to put up with conditions whereby existing shareholders can purchase additional shares at a deep discount, although there are no prohibitions on cooperation with the acquiring party. The "poison pill" strategy will be in place until mid-April 2023.
