The Ministry of Industry and Trade is ready to postpone the new recycling collection
First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to work on deferring the new recycling fee for cars imported from abroad. The new rates were supposed to come into effect from the beginning of November. We are only talking about a postponement for the transition period until the cars purchased before the new recycling collection pass through overloaded customs, follows from the response from Manturov’s secretariat. “Business Russia” asked for this.
