A large letter Z on Vatutin Avenue in Belgorod was set on fire on September 18. The light structure, according to eyewitnesses, was practically not injured. The police opened a criminal case under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - on vandalism based on political and ideological hatred.
