Moscow provider 2Kom offered “free high-speed Internet” for 200 rubles
The Moscow Internet provider 2Kom began posting advertisements advertising a connection to “free high-speed Internet,” which in fact gave a speed of 512 Kbps, provided that 200 rubles were deposited into the account.
