Google services operate intermittently in Russia. Roskomnadzor denies any involvement
The problems arose against the backdrop of Telegram being “blocked” and problems with other sites. Russian users of Google services reported their inaccessibility. The first complaints began to arrive on April 21, but by April 23, about a dozen resources were among the unavailable, including the search engine itself, as well as YouTube, the Gmail email service, the Adwords advertising platform, the Google Play application store and the reCaptcha robot.
