Putin again said the phrase “there is no time to build up” - for the sixth time in 12 years
We've been rocking since 2007. During his speech before the Federal Assembly, Vladimir Putin said the phrase “there is no time to unwind.” This is at least the sixth time in the last 12 years that he has used these words in different variations. Our goals are long-term, but we need to work towards strategic goals today. Time is pressed, I have already said this many times, and you know it very well. There are simply no reserves of time for further development, for settling and coordinating.
