Athletes from Russia won five awards on the second day of the Olympics in Tokyo
The team reached fifth in unofficial medal standings of games. On the second day of the competition, the Russians won five medals: Vitalina Batsarashkin , shooting from a pneumatic pistol (gold); Tatyana Minina, Taekwondo (silver); Irina Deriglazova, fencing on rapiers (silver); Svetlana Gomboeva, Elena Osipova, Ksenia Perova, team shooting from onions (silver); Larisa Korobeinikova, fencing on rapiers (bronze). In total, the athletes received seven medals - one gold, four silver and two bronze.
