It always seems to me that there is too much stuff around: people, texts, music, impressions in general. When traveling, in a new environment, this feeling intensifies. In order not to lose interest in the world around me (overdose!), I try to focus on one fragment of the surrounding reality. In Venice, for example, I photographed oval windows. I came across fifty-four of them. This summer I went to the Urals and focused on zoos there. In Chelyabinsk there is a zoo for its own people.
