Academic exchange: European University invites you to internships
Among the problems bedeviling Russian higher education, somewhere after bureaucratic control, lack of self-government and chronic underfunding, there is another one that is less often remembered, and perhaps not everyone is aware of it, but that is why it is no less acute. This is the problem of almost non-existent mobility of teachers and scientists throughout the country, which in turn consists of several “absences”. The first is the absence of a real academic labor market in Russia.
