Pharmacies also have the right to serve only those assigned to them. The forced distribution caused discontent among beneficiaries, who in one day lost the opportunity to search for the necessary drug in several pharmacies. Now, if the pharmacy does not have the required medicine in stock, the beneficiary will have to wait until it appears.

Last year, the population of the Tomsk region decreased by five thousand two hundred people. It would be the same if a large village disappeared from the map of the region. The main reason is natural decline. For thirteen years now, since 1991, more Tomsk residents have been dying than being born.
