Money on ice. Non-figure skating or what is the Olympic reserve worth?
If you want to do figure skating, pay. Three thousand six hundred rubles costs an hour of training at the Seversk Ice Palace. This year, the budget of the closed city stopped paying for classes at the Olympic Reserve Children's and Youth Sports School named after Lyubov Egorova. Parents have to fold up so that their children can fully train. Tomsk figure skaters follow the same pattern. Not everyone has money. Children skip training or quit figure skating.

Maxim Maximov: “It’s wrong to go after your parents...”.
Children should train on the ice of the indoor skating rink in Seversk at the expense of budget funds, and not at the expense of their parents’ wallets. It is the municipalities, including Tomsk and Seversk, who are obliged to find the necessary funding for children’s and youth sports schools, - this is how Maxim Maximov, head of the regional department for youth policy, physical education and sports, commented on the situation with paid classes for figure skaters on quality ice.

Neither drive up nor walk through. Or how snowdrifts prevented the fire from being put out.
A fire in the courtyard of a private house occurred in the village of Rybolovo. It was not possible to put out the fire quickly, and pensioner Nina Purtova lost all her outbuildings. She blames the local administration for this, not the firefighters. The roads that lead to Nina Ivanovna’s house are not cleared of snow. Therefore, fire trucks were not immediately able to get to the place of the call. Fishermen noticed the fire near Vera Purtova’s house at about 7 am.
