Mayor of Seversk: CATO status will remain, but entry will be simplified
The mayor of Seversk, Grigory Shamin, told reporters about this today, Interfax reports. “It’s not possible to simply open the city because we have a chemical processing plant operating on our territory, which has highly enriched materials and secret technologies. And for now, the regime will remain in place, but will be greatly liberalized,” Shamin said. According to him, passage is now allowed for trucks that were previously loaded onto cars at the city border.
