Tomsk dissirgate began with the fact that two abstracts of two Vladimirs fell into our hands. The first is a candidate's dissertation by Vladimir Kazakov, a deputy of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk Region, professor of TSU, Doctor of Economic Sciences, on the topic “Management of the development of municipalities in the context of local government reform.” Vladimir Vladimirovich defended her in 2004.

The TSU Student Admissions Committee is the most active and creative young people of our university who have created a student community and are working within the framework of the TSU Entrant 2013 admissions campaign. At meetings, they share their experiences of student life, as well as some of their energy, with schoolchildren from Russian regions.

Participants in the Dissernet project checked the doctoral dissertation of the Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region for Domestic Policy, Vladimir Zhidkikh, for plagiarism . Researchers have discovered signs of plagiarism. “This is not surprising, it was written from sources,” commented Vladimir Zhidkikh to the journalist of the “Rush Hour Saturday” program. Vladimir Zhidkikh had heard about the Dissernet community and was not surprised that his work found overlaps with other dissertations.

On the territory of the architectural monument of regional significance at Krasnoameyskaya, 65/1, which is part of the Zhelyabo estate, they began to build a concrete remodel. Today, the concrete structure is clearly visible from behind the fence; the second floor is being installed there. Let us remind you that in 2011 the house was occupied and put up for public auction.

Tomsk wooden architecture claims to be the main attraction of Russia. On a special website, everyone can choose the main Russian attraction. More than seven hundred applicants of various natural, architectural and cultural monuments were selected to participate in the competition during preliminary voting. And Tomsk also nominated our wooden monuments for the competition.

Citizens gathered to take part in mass exercise. We were lucky with the weather - the sun was shining, which added to the positive mood of the participants,” writes Roman Unashev.
